The Vietnamese government has identified disaster management digitalization (Disaster DX) as a key policy priority, and there is an urgent need to establish an integrated early warning system that combines real-time information gathering, predictive modeling, and decision support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqunia has been developing flood and water resource prediction solutions applicable across countries and regions, leveraging the research outcomes of &#8220;Today&#8217;s Earth&#8221; \u2014 a global water cycle simulation system jointly developed by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and the University of Tokyo \u2014 as the core foundation of its prediction platform, alongside its own proprietary technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This project will work toward the local deployment of Spectee Inc.&#8217;s AI-powered crisis management information platform for Vietnamese government agencies and disaster management authorities, while simultaneously conducting a localized field demonstration of Aqunia&#8217;s flood prediction technology.
