I earned my weather forecaster’s license at 14. At the University of Tokyo, I studied the mechanism of climate change impact on tropical cloud systems. Then I spent a decade building AI strategies at consulting firms and Chief Strategy Officer at AI-startup, co-founding a climate tech startup — taking solutions from development to global deployment.

Through that journey, two things became clear.

First, the world genuinely needs what we’re building. Governments and communities across the Global South are asking for this — right now.

Second, realizing it requires a rare kind of team: people who can move fluidly from deep technical work to real-world implementation, without losing speed or scientific integrity.
